The file DR.TXT has been replaced by RACES.TXT

RACES.TXT was felt to be more representative of the application of
Dead Reckoning and easier to find in the index.

APRS can automatically Dead Reckon the movement of any number of objects
around a race course or any other course plotted on a map.  See
the file RACES.TXT.
